Returns & Exchanges
1. HERITAGE WARRANTY PROGRAM
Mina jewelry collections are covered by our 1-Year Heritage Program warranty. Should your Mina jewelry require repair within twelve (12) months after the original date-of-purchase, simply return all of the jewelry components to us and we will restore and ship your art piece back to you at no cost. We love art, but most of all, we love providing our customers with exceptional customer service to match our world-class luxury shopping experience.
1.1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
⁃ Customer is responsible for shipping all jewelry components to our repair facility. We ship your restored item(s) back to you at no charge. We strongly recommend that customers purchase adequate insurance and tracking for their package as Mina is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
⁃ A minimum of 70% of components must be returned to our repair facility to qualify for repair.
⁃ Lost Mina Charms are eligible for replacement at an additional cost of $400 per repair item.
⁃ Limit three (3) total repairs per item within twelve (12) months.
2. HERITAGE PLUS WARRANTY PROGRAM - $200
Heritage Plus is a supplemental warranty program for Mina jewelry collections available for purchase only at the time of checkout. This exclusive program extends all repair coverage for an additional two (2) years after the expiration of the initial twelve (12) month Heritage Program. Should your Mina jewelry require repair within thirty-six (36) months after the original date-of-purchase, simply return all of the jewelry components to us and we will restore and ship your art piece back to you at no cost.

3. RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Please be aware that all Mina Beverly Hills merchandise purchased online must have been purchased directly through the minabeverlyhills.com website. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought on any other website.
Mina Beverly Hills accepts items for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in new, original condition, with the return tag still attached and all cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained before returning any item(s). To receive your RA#, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to contact@minabeverlyhills.com. For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier, including adequate insurance and tracking, and in a well-padded box or envelope. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer. Mina Beverly Hills is not responsible for returns that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the chosen mail carrier. Mina Beverly Hills is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
5. EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different style. Mina Beverly Hills will charge you any difference in price for the new merchandise or issue a store credit if the exchange is less than the original price. All customers will be charged a shipping fee for any items being exchanged. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before exchanging any item(s). To receive your RA #, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to contact@minabeverlyhills.com. For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier, including adequate insurance and tracking, and in a well-padded box or envelope. Mina Beverly Hills is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
6. MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Should merchandise arrive damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no cost. Please contact us within seven (7) days of the receipt of your damaged package. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition with security tag attached.
